where to look for the hardcopies of the contracts signed by Dr. with the Ins. co

Good Morning Everyone;

My client wants to know if it's possible to look up copies of the contracts that she signed with the insurance companies that shows what % or how she is getting paid.
for some reason she does not have the originals.   ???

Unfortunately most doctors don't keep these and it's frustrating. Contact Provider relations and ask them for a copy.
