Home Health Billing

I am a new biller for a new Home Health Agency, I am having doubts on which form to use for billing and Auto Insurance claim and BCBS claim.  WE are waiting for our final survey for Medicare, so I will need that info for the future.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

I have not done home health billing in a long time and I was hoping someone else would answer with some more recent experience.  I have understood that home health billing was done on UB04 forms, including no fault and BC.

You can use UB-04 form Only for Home health Billing.(For all cliams)

I work for a home health company right now. BCBS is filed on UB-04 forms :)
