92250 at nursing homes

What are the correct codes to get paid (from medicare) for fundus photos at a nursing home.  I'm being denied for using 92250 with a 32 place of service.  Any help?

Hi Mark,
   What is the denial code?  Are they stating that you can't do photos at that place of service?  Or are they denying due to the diagnosis code.  Medicare will only cover the 92250 when it is linked to certain diagnosis codes.

Let me know the denial code.

They are stating that I can't do photos at a 32 place of service.  However, I was getting paid early in the year.
