Do have any statistics on the average AR that office's should be shooting for?  Family Practice and Specialty.  Thanks!

Hi,
Are you looking for % over 30 days?  60 days?

We shoot for keeping all of our accounts at a receivable of < 10% over 30 days.  We keep the average the same for specialties and for general offices.

If this is not what you were looking for, let me know.

Thanks
Michele

It would depend on dollars billed/dollars received. How many insurance companies the practice is par with.
Is the practice capitated with any? I would need more information in order to help. I do this for a living.
