21235 bundled with 69631

I realize placing the graft is included in the procedure but can we not bill for the harvesting of the graft?

All Im going to say is per NCCI, 21235 (Ear cartilage graft) is not inclusive with 69631 (Repair eardrum structures).  Thats not to say that a commercial insurance company will deny as being bundled.  Thats it, nothing more. Just the facts per NCCI.  My specialty is not ENT or surgery.
