The Basics of Medical Billing Book

I have recently purchased this great book.  In the book, the contract between the billeer and the provider is mentioned - a forms section is mention.  Can someone direct me to the forms section?  I'd love to get a copy of a biller provider contract.  Thanks!

Hi,

   I'm glad you found the book helpful.

   I not sure what 'form section' your referring to but it sounds like you are looking for a copy of a contract between a billing service and a provider.  We wrote our own very informal contract that we have been using for 14 yrs and it has worked well.  Coincidentally we met with our lawyer today to review it, and he advised us that even though it is very simple, it has been working well for so long he wouldn't recommend any changes.
