independent nurse practitioners and home health billing

Does anyone know if independent NPs can bill for home health visits?
 
If so, what is the reimbursement like?
 

Michele:
I would think it would depend upon if the NP was set up with the insurance carriers as a home health provider, but I'm not sure of the reimbursement.
