I'm currently using OfficeAlly. Does anybody know how to print a monthly report for a client that shows all the AR for that month.

Pay_My_Claims:
With Office Ally (clearing house) you only can print a claim history report or an inventory report. If you are using their free PM software Practice Mate, you can obtain the report you are looking for, otherwise the report would come from the PM software you are using.

In Practice Mate, under the Accounting tab, go to Reports and there are two AR Aging Reports - a Summary and a Detail. However, you can not run it for specific dates. It pulls all data from within the system and just breaks it down by what is outstanding Current (1-30 days), over 30, over 60, and over 90.

I'm currently working for the therapist as an employee but she will be soon my first client as soon as I set up everything for my business. I want to keep using office ally and keep everything the same. My question is, how would I know how much I collect for each month so I can charge her for my services based on what I collect. If I won't be able to print the report monthly, I won't know how much I collect for each month right.

Under the accounting tab, there is an Applied Payments Report that you can run for a 31 day period. So everything that was posted for that time frame will be in that report. There is a total at the end of the report. That is how I know what to invoice my clients.
