Practice Management Software for electronic billing HICFA1500 and UB04

We are a small practice with psychologists using HCFA1500 and a Intensive Outpatient Rehab using UB04. We have not been able to find an affordable small office practice managment software that allow us to electronically bill both forms.Any suggestions?

Well, first it's the CMS1500 form..
Second Most of your PM software's accommodate both but you need to purchase the modules separate in most cases.

It is hard to find a PM that does both for a reasonable price, and also with electronic capabilities.  I had to create a UB04 form for our program, Lytec.  Xena is coming out with a web based software by the first of the year which will have both forms available plus electronics for about $99 per month/seat.

I'm not familiar with any others or prices, so I can't give you another option.  YOu could go with 'fill-and-print' software for both verions, that runs about $150 per module and you may have an electronic option.
