I have been trying to locate a site that compare the different Billing Softwares. I am trying to figure out what company to go with and am having trouble finding out who to avoid, who to look into.

any suggestions from you folks??

Your best bet is to take your time, if you are new and do not know medical billing yet it's best to take classes or a course because in order to make a good software choice you need to know what to look for. When you are ready, check the company out with the BBB and even the FTC. Ask the company for references as well and find out if they are happy with their choice. One of the things I tell people when they are just starting out is to NOT just think of starting out cheap, decide if you want to grow your business and choose your software based on those future growth goals because data conversions can be costly and they are avoidable by making a good solid choice in the beginning of your business.

I took the "medicalbillingcource.com". and like you said "One of the things I tell people when they are just starting out is to NOT just think of starting out cheap" Thats why the point that Alice made (Thanks by the way) about the price is not a problem for me, rather then changing later which costs much more at the end.
-I checked with bbb, no ratings and no complaints-
so if someone is using this software please reply to help me out
