Billing for injections

When billing for injections like B-12, Rocephin..  do I need to add the ndc number on the claim..  before I was billing these injections code and they were passing the electronic edits, just recently I received a ECS edit requesting ndc number needed.. Has anyone billed for injections, need some help.. Thank you
