Where is the best place to research and study state laws for medical billing?  I'm focusing on Illinois and Indiana right now.

No just specific laws per state.

on what part of medical billing? I still say google, but not sure what you are looking for regarding medical billing.

Way to vague, it is HIGHLY doubtful you are going to find anything if looking for "medical billing laws" you have to be much more specific in your research. I recommend an attorney to guide you.
