Inpatient goes for sleep study
«

Hello, I need help! I bill for a SNF sub/acute facility. We had a client with HP go out for a sleep study. This was an outpatient visit at a different facillity. The census has it listed as a LOA 182-but i disagrree. I am wondering if Harvard Pilgrim would pay for a bed hold for our facility and if it should be billed as a 185 rev code.
Thanks for any help!!

I'm sorry, it may be me. It's been a very long day, but I can't figure out your question. I don't know what HP, a census, LOA 182 or Harvard Pilgrim is. Please clarify.
Thanks
Michele
