Fecal Occult Blood test

I am billing it with Q0107 and Dx 272.0 (Hypercholesterolemia) but it never gets paid, it tells me "Missing/invalid/incomplete procedure code"
is there a different code or Dx i should be using?

It looks like the code Q0107 is no longer used.  It has been changed a couple times now.  You didn't give a description of the service so I'm not sure what code you need.  Possibly Q9945.
