I spoke to a biller the other day and she said she was trying to get this account and she would be billing DME, but they told her she would have to get a License and she never heard of this, has anyone have any info on this?

Maybe she's referring to a state license?

she just said a license, I think it was a pharmacy.
Maybe they require a certification for this specific provider, I'm not sure, but she did say license to bill DME.
