99214 and 99395

Is there a modifier that will help me to get 99214 (detailed visit) and 99395 (Well Exam 18 - 39 yrs.) paid on the same date of service?

If the dr did a well visit and a completely separate E&M visit (99214) for a medical issue, then you may want to consider the 25 modifier.  BUT  -  you can't just add the modifier to get the claim paid, you must check with the provider to make sure the modifier is appropriate for the services performed.
