GHI will not pay for admin of vaccines

does anyone know how to get GHI to pay for admin of vaccines?  they will not pay when I bill 90465, 90466, 90471, 90472, or 90468 every other insurance company pays on these codes!

I am not aware of anyone having any difficulties with this.  The code is appropriate and it doesn't require a modifier.  I'm hoping another forum member may have had this problem and knows what you need to do.

is it a Healthy Options plan? if so, they will not pay for the admin.

not just Health Options - all GHI plans will not pay for any administrations of vaccines, they claim that they have a higher reimbursement rate for the vaccines so they don't pay for the admin - does any else get paid?

I'm not surprised.  GHI does a lot of 'bundling'.
