I am looking for a 'best practice' for working an ATB report.  I don't seem to get very far when surfing the web.  ??? Does anyone have any examples or would be able to provide me with some information?

Aged Trial Balance

Basically AR reports that show how old an account is and it's balance.

I thought you were inquiring about some type of medical report because there are reports that have the same initials. I wasn't sure which one, but not what you were asking.  ;D

Thanks. I don't have an answer because our software runs those reports.

Running the reports is not a problem.   I'm trying to draft a procedure to delegate priorities and what should be worked first. 
#1 - High dollar accounts
#2 - Carriers with 90 day filing limits
#3 - ........

I just wanted to get an idea of how other facilities work their AR.
