Too much to go into a post here, that's why it's best to leave this to an attorney. Legal contracts contain a lot of legal verbiage and it would not be prudent for anyone to give legal advice. What I did was create myself a list of all the things that could go wrong, I outlined all my services, fees, terms and then had an attorney draft the final draft. I pay my attorney on a retainer basis but you can find one that will do it on a fee-for service. I like having an attorney on retainer in case I need that contract backed up in court. Also having one on retainer will give you a discount on your E/O insurance as well.
