need help with dx

Is there an dx code for healing laceration.    (dr A. had a pt slip N fall 1 month ago.. then on the fee slip the doc wrote under dx=
edema, affect gait & healing laceration..  need help

The dx would be the laceration (whatever the location), or open wound *location*.  There isn't a special dx for 'healing'.
