Can you bill for an E&M for 2 doctors on the same day (same tax ID) but different specialties - physiatry & general orthopaedic surgeon?

Yes, we can bill for two different speciality DRs on the same DOS under same Group Tax id# \ NPI#.

But Use MODIFIER 25 to say significant procedure, and ensure both claims are for unrelated and speciality related Dx

All Insurance accept this billing and process at 100% feeschedule \ contract rate
