G0344 for Medicare Replacements?

Can we bill the Welcome to Medicare physical exam code G0344 for Medicare Replacement policies?

It depends on the policy.  Some of them require that you bill exactly as you bill to Medicare, but some follow their own guidelines so there is no straight answer. 

You just need to check with each plan as it comes up, which isn't the answer you wanted to hear I'm sure!   :)
