Echocardiogram billing with 93041

Does anyone here bill Echo's. I was wondering if you add on 93041 for an ekg tracing during the echo. Medicare does allow it and many privates pay too. My friend does it at her practice and I don't. It's only about $6.48 but these days it could be about $5000 to us annually.
What are your thoughts.

If the code is appropriate for the services being performed, then I would definitely include it. Any/all services performed should be billed. And in this economy, etc. every little bit helps.
