Occupational/Speech/Physical Therapy fee schedules

Hi,

Is anyone billing for OT, ST or PT that have private health insurance (BCBS, Aetna, etc.) fee schedules they can share or advise on?  Trying to find average amounts paid or a range per procedure code for this speciality.  Any advice on billing this speciality is welcomed as well.

Many people will use the Medicare allowed amounts and multiply by between 130-150% to get a range for charging.

Yes, this is what even i follow for our billing purpose, we do in FL

we can also utilize market fee schedules available in their websites
