Inectible codes?

I am trying to figure out what injectible code to put for a depomedrol injection on the heel of the foot. What injectible cpt do i use.  ???

Hi mruiz12,
The injection “medication” is a HCPCS code, and there are 3 different codes depending upon the amount of medication the physician administered.
J1020 up to 20mg
J1030 up to 40mg
J1040 up to 80mg
Another thing is the administration code, which would be 96372. If the physician saw the patient along with an office visit such as 99212-99214 a modifier 25 needs to be added to the office visit.
