Should we bill CPT 90772 with 86580 (tuberculosis)?
Will insurance for both CPT?
I noticed insurance paid only for 86580.
Is there any biling error?

Michele:
The 90772 should not be billed with the 86580.  The 86580 includes the injection of the PPD serum.
