contract for Home base billing

I need to obtain a contract for clients, what type of attorney do I need to go to or is there another source to obtain one? I understand different types of providers have different needs.  Plus I would love to have some accounts for A/R recovery as well.

For your contract an attorney does not need to specialize in health care administration but it is handy, he/she should however be a contract lawyer. Some use pre-paid legal companies but I've found they are not as accessible or as thorough.
