Has anyone out seen PT services for Spinal Manipulation (98940), Massage (97124), & Electrical Muscle Stimulations (97014) get denied by insurance (Bluechoice) as needing to be performed in a radiology center? Clearly these services cannot be performed in a radiology center?! If so, What was your experience with that, and if not any suggestions on how to handle other than appealing the denial

No but it sounds like an error.  I would call and ask the insurance carrier to review the denial.
