Conscious Sedation in office (Ohio)

Hi!
Is there anyone out there from Ohio doing procedures with Conscious Sedation in the office?  If so, does the state impose any kind of certification/restrictions for the office in order to do this - that you are aware of?

It would be very helpful as my Provider would like to do some of his more extensive procedures under CS rather than a local....
