Is she starting her own Home Health Agency and you are asking what are the payable codes per unit?

Or is she doing case managment for home health agencies and wants to know what to charge for her services?

When you say Synergy - are you referring to this?

If it is, they show VisionShare as a partner to submit claims to Medicare. If I'm wrong, maybe someone else will have a better answer. We don't have Synergy. We submit claims to Medicare through Emdeon.
