DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET A CLAIM PAID WHEN BILLING FOR TEAM CONFERNCE.. PCODE 99367..  I HAVE SUBMITTED SEVERAL CLAIMS BUT KEEP GETTING DENIED..  SOME INSURANCE COMPANIES DENIED STATING NOT COVERED UNDER THE MEMBER'S PLAN

If it is not a covered service under the plan there is nothing that can be done.  Most plans do not cover that service, in my experience.
