Medicare is denying some of my claims saying they are duplicates. They are still outstanding in my system. How can I get a copy of the original Medicare eob when the claim was first processed?

Give them a call, or you can ask the patient for a copy of theirs.

If your provider is registered with the new Medicare Online Provider Service you can easily get it there.
