Using the CMS 1500 to file to secondary

How do I use the CMS 1500 form to file to a secondary? Do the charge amounts in Box 24f need to match the primary insurance's allowed amounts or the original amount we billed out to the primary insurance?

24F should be the original billed amounts sent to the primary.
