What is the Provider Integrity Manual? I just heard about it this week and had never heard it before. Is it on the CMS website?

Most providers do not know the importance of notifying Medicare of any changes, but they truly all should.  It is clearly stated all over CMS that any changes in address, tax ID, personal info, etc must be reported to Medicare (CMS) within 30 days of the change.  Not notifying them can result in the provider being deactivated.  I have seen this many times, and seen many providers lose tens of thousands of dollars.  It is a shame.
