i have an fda approved medical test and a cpt code how do i get carrirs to pay

I work with a company that has a new medical test coming to market. We will have fda approval in 60 days nad have the cpt codes. I have been tasked of finding out how we get insurance carriers to pay for the test and the doctor for regviewing the test( we have cpt codes for both.

Having FDA approval and cpt codes unfortunately doesn't mean that insurance companies will immediately begin recognizing it.  I would start by contacting the provider reps for the larger insurance carriers and inquiring as to if/when they will be recognizing the codes.
