We will be using Brightree software - the web based DME software. I realize there is large upfront cost and a monthly subscription. However, it is the most efficient software and allows my staff to provide excellent service. I have worked on a very time consuming DME software for the last 2 years and swore I would never do it again. It costs me more in time than I am willing to give.

I bought your DME billing guide from PMBA and reviewed it briefly. I also went to Region B - NGS Medicare - website and found the ADMC form as well as the instructions and also which equipment it is necessary for. Where is the cheat sheet you are referring to for the KE modifier? Is that something you put together? Would I be able to obtain a copy of it?
