Medicaid billing in Florida for therapy

Anyone does billing for Medicaid in Florida for physical therapy? Is there an annual limit? I have no experience billing medicaid. Is there a limit to modality, #of units per treatment? I believe they reimburse about $16 for eval. Is it the same for other modalities? Is it the same with pediatric?
