Each carrier and each plan has separate rules and guidelines.  There's really no way to answer that question.  You should contact the patient's insurance carrier to find out.

Thanks. It is Medicare. Is there an online CCI availible?

Michele:
I checked the online CCI and it doesn't address whether the two codes can be billed together.  I would either call Medicare and ask the customer service rep to assist you, or bill it to see if it is allowed.
