Hi Michele: It seems if you don't use Rev Mgmt then you can't auto post your ERA (especially Medicare). Do you not use auto posting then? Thanks for your response

Other programs will allow auto posting but you do need something to do it. We do auto posting thru Claim Manager but it's no longer available. They got bought out by Emdion.

Thank you Michele for the response. It seems when a large company buys out a smaller program, they either kill it or ruin it. I hate EMDEON. They have no customer service & are quite pricey in anything they deliver.
