We don't use Lytec for checking eligibility, but I do believe Lytec 2010 does that.

Michele:
Office Ally allows eligibility checks, and we also use insurance carrier websites.  We don't do a lot of eligibility checks, they are done by our providers.  We only do them if we have a problem with a claim.

I have decided to go with Lytec and have a question regarding electronic billing.  I want to use OfficeAlly, do I need to purchase a separate EB module and if so what do you ladies recommend? Also, do you bill Medicare and Medicaid direct or go thru OfficeAlly?  Thanks for your input
