Respiratory Therapist RCP Client

Good morning all,

I need a little assistance. I have a RCP Client that would like for me to start billing for them. The practice is currently in CA but they will be branching out to other states including NC, SC, VA and TN.

I would think that I need to send the necessary information for CA. Is there any additional information anyone can give me for CA because I'm located in NC.
