Block 32 Home visit

Box 33 is the Billing Address which is where payments are made and to whom.  I would NEVER put the patient's address there.  Whoever at Medicare told you that was wrong.  I would call back and get a different person.  Maybe they meant box 32.

I think he meant 32...and I have had the same issue with Medicare denying for home visits my physician made. I had to state the clients address on the claim
