Code for labiaplasty

My doc is going to be performing a labiaplasty on a pt for labial hypertrophy.  I need help in finding a code for this.  I was leaning towards using 56620, any suggestions?

Check with your coder  If the labial procedure was performed to reduce the size of the labia only, I would use procedure 15839.
