93306 ultrasounds billing for tech (TC) and Prof (26)

senarion dos 10/19/10 billing 93306 TC and 93306 26  can this be billed at the same time, or do you have to bill the tech part then bill the professional part the next day along with the report/notes..  new to billing these codes.. but i've done research but need clarification on this.. thanks

Is it the same provider billing the TC & the 26?  If so, you just bill it one time, all at once with no modifier.  No modifier means global.
