PMBA is an online course offered by Michelle Rimmer who is a member of this forum.  She goes by medauthor.  (She uses 2 'l's in her name, I use one.   ;) )

Since you are familiar with DAQ you might find medicalbillingcourse.com a better fit. We have SEVERAL members who have taken their course and it is more geared towards business ownership for medical billing.
I have not really run into anyone using DAQ who complains, from what I hear they are wonderful in terms of getting your client up and running, training, etc. I will say yes, it's a little pricey but you will get what you pay for.
