I know you are very busy CONGRATULATIONS ON THAT!

I need your help in billing DME/supplies with PT visits. any help i can get is and will always be appreciated.

Do I bill the supplies separates for the same DOS as the PT visit. Im confused please, this is my first time with this dilema.

Are you billing for an E&M visit with the supplies?  Is that what you mean by PT visit?  Also, what type of supplies?

Ultraserve:
No Michelle Im billing with a GP modifier and the supplies are Surgilast tubular elastic dressing , gloves, paper tape, box of 4x4 gauze, box of 8x10 abdominal pads.

It's for an auto claim who is receiving Out Patient Physical Therapy services only.

I have always billed the supplies on the same date as the PT visit. 

Ultraserve:
I do the same for Home Care but for Out patient I was not sure and I dont know what HCPC/CPT codes to use or modifiers if any!
