type 2 incentive billing for PT

I have my own medical billing service for PT, OT, and ST.  Recently was asked by a Physical therapist if I billed "type 2 incentive" type of billing.  I told her I was unfamiliar with that, but would look into it.  She said that she works at a clinic and that they do "type 2 incentive" and it is supervised by a physician (an orthopedic Dr.)  Can you tell me what she is talking about?  She said they are thinking of hiring another biller.  Said I would get back to her after doing some research.

I have not heard of it either.  I also tried to research a little, but came up empty handed.
