Stress echos/physician supervision

Jonna:
I bill for an IDTF & we bill stress echos with 93351,93321 & 93325 but the owner thinks that we should be billing an additional code for the physician supervision.  I think the 93351 includes the supervision.  Is this right?

Michele:
I believe the supervision is included as well.
