I’m working on my registration for NJ Banking and Insurances.
One of the questions is my Bi-Laws. I don’t know what to say on this, can anyone help me please.   
Because it's just me no board.

Sportsmom - what exactly do you mean by by-laws are you registering your business?

If you are registering your business in NJ one of the requirements is a copy of your bi-laws.
