How to make it stick

Hello All,
I just had a very long phone consult then a face to face with a potential client. I gave him info but not too much and told him I will send him a contract today. I told him I charge ($34.00 an hour for consulting) and then a flat fee for the billing. He said he needs a few days to think about it. Any suggestions to sweeten the pot? He is new is practice and I need to do all his credentialing for him. Do you think I would be better off hourly or charging him a flat monthly fee as a consultant? Thanks again for all your great advice.

Maybe you could offer an incentive for making a decision. Throw something in if he decides by a certain day. For example, do the Medicare app for free if he decides by Friday, or throw in one hour free, or something.
